More life from a sound roof
A professionally applied coating system can add 10 to 15 years to a commercial roof. Not every roof is a candidate. Structural damage, wet insulation or severe deterioration mean replacement is the better investment, and we tell you so honestly.

Questions we hear
How long does a coating take?
Most commercial buildings take 2 to 5 days: preparation 1 to 2 days, application 1 to 2 days, and a final inspection and touch-up. Coatings need dry weather to cure, so rain can move the schedule.
Can you coat over an old coating?
Sometimes. A well-adhered coating in good condition can be cleaned and recoated. A failing or peeling one comes off first.
How do you handle ponding water?
Water that sits 48 hours or more after rain needs a coating built for it, usually silicone. Severe ponding may need drainage improvements before coating.
What warranty comes with a coating?
A manufacturer warranty on the coating, typically 10 to 20 years depending on the system, and our workmanship warranty on the application, both in writing.
