What systems do you repair?
TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, metal panel systems and roll coatings, including the metal roofs common on churches and larger buildings.
How quickly can you respond to a commercial emergency?
For active leaks affecting operations we typically respond within 2 to 4 hours during business hours, and as quickly as possible after hours, with emergency tarping or temporary waterproofing.
Do you carry insurance for commercial work?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability and workers' compensation coverage for commercial roofing, provide certificates of insurance on request, and can add your building as additional insured when your lease or insurer requires it.
What does a commercial repair cost?
Simple flashing repairs might cost $800 to $2,000. Major membrane repairs or several problem areas can run $3,000 to $10,000 or more. You get an itemized proposal after the inspection.
