We had hail damage to our roof and TopCo walked us through the claims process. When the installation day came, they replaced our roof in one day and the crew was very professional. They did their due diligence of clean up afterwards and ran magnets throughout our flowerbeds and yard to ensure they got any nails left behind. How long does a replacement take?
Once your claim is approved, the whole project takes about a week and the installation itself takes a single day. We front the costs, so there is no wait for insurance checks to clear.
What if my insurance denies the claim?
If we inspect your roof and do not find claimable storm damage, we tell you before you file anything. If a claim is denied, we review the reason and often help with additional documentation. No approval, no obligation.
Do I have to be home during the replacement?
No. The crew has everything it needs. We do ask you to be there for the final walkthrough so you can see the work and ask questions.
Will you match my roof color and style?
Yes. We work with top manufacturers to match or exceed your current roof, and you approve every material before we order it. Many homeowners choose a new color or style while they are at it.
What happens if it rains during the installation?
We schedule installs in clear forecast windows, and we have tarping procedures ready if weather turns mid-project. Because the install takes one day, the roof is rarely exposed.
