For roofs past repair

When patching stops working and the leaks keep coming back, it is time. We handle complete commercial replacements from tear-off to the final inspection, for churches, medical offices, veterinary clinics and businesses across Mississippi.

Your building keeps working

A replacement does not have to shut you down. We phase the work to keep access open, schedule off-hours work when it is needed, and plan around worship schedules, patient care and tenants.

  • Churches get their roofs between services.
  • Medical offices keep seeing patients.
  • Retail stores stay open, with signage and safety measures for customers.

Managed start to finish

We handle permits, coordinate the required inspections, work with engineers when a project needs them, and give building owners documentation for their records.

Questions we hear

How long does a commercial replacement take?

It depends on size, complexity and phasing. A 3,000 square foot office might take 1 to 2 weeks. A large church or medical building over 10,000 square feet could take 3 to 6 weeks.

What does it cost?

A simple flat roof replacement might run $4 to $8 per square foot. Complex projects with drainage work, insulation upgrades or difficult access can reach $10 to $15 or more. For a 5,000 square foot building, expect $20,000 to $75,000 depending on the system.

What if you find structural problems during tear-off?

We stop, document the problem with photographs, and give you clear pricing before we go on. We get your approval before any unexpected structural work.

Do you provide references?

Yes. We connect you with owners and facility managers of similar buildings: church facility managers for a church, healthcare facilities for a clinic.
