New construction runs on tight schedules, and a delay in one trade cascades to the rest. We schedule the roof with your builder, show up when we said we would, and finish in the time we promised, so the house is enclosed and interior work can carry on.

Questions we hear
How long does a new-construction roof take?
Most homes take 1 to 2 days, depending on square footage and complexity. A simple ranch can finish in a day. We give you a specific timeline once we have seen the plans.
Do you coordinate with my builder?
Yes. We talk directly with your builder to schedule the roof at the right point in the build, and we keep the site clean so it does not interfere with other work.
What if the weather delays the install?
We only start in clear weather windows. If the weather turns mid-install, we tarp to protect the house and reschedule promptly with your builder.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Two: the manufacturer warranty on materials, typically 25 to 50 years depending on the product, and our workmanship warranty on the installation, both in writing.
